The Committee's call for written evidence on this Bill ran from 25 March to 13 May 2010. Committee scrutiny of the Alcohol etc. (Scotland) Bill. The Committee's call for written evidence on this Bill ran from 26 November 2009 to 20 January 2010. Inquiries: Scrutiny of NHS board allocations for the financial year 2010-2011 Inquiry into out-of-hours healthcare provision in rural areas NHS Clinical Portal Programme and Scottish Centre for Telehealth Petitions: PE1272: By Randolph Murray, on the provision for out of hours GP cover in all remote and rural areas in Scotland. PE953: By Ms Jean Gall, on behalf of the Scottish Association of Sleep Apnoea, on the resources in place to tackle the Health problems associated with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea.
